Thank you Thank you to the welcome wagon

I want to say a big Thank you to all for the friendly welcome back and the support you gave me to continue on the right path I was out all day yesterday having  H rd time not eating the food others were eating. Once i got home and saw the relies I received from Monica P., Diane C., Rachelynka, and Newbarb2 and a few others i felt so good to see that someone really cared and listened that I need a supportive fence to stand by  alone is so hard. I would like to get involved in your wacky Wednesday  and did you move to loose alot of you also have these counter things on the bottom of your message can someone catch me up on all that stuff. Again thank you to all I am going to update my profile and my pics on there because even though i gained weight and felt umm well that's a different subject I did get married and have new pics to post headed to rest a little bit more.Be back soon.

You are so welcome and remember that there is always something to be thankful for, in your case that you came back and rededicated yourself to this wonderful healthier lifestyle.  It's a lesson that we all need to be reminded of!!  Sure hope you can make it to one of our Nor Cal Luncheons, we'd love to see/meet you.

You are so welcome.  I am glad that we have you around again, and that we can help out.  That is what this board is all about,  Support and friendship.  I love the fact that you came home and felt the support that I know we all try to give.  You did good not ordering what everyone else did.  You are going to do great.  You did this all once before so you know that you have it in you to do it again,

So start posting away, get those pics up and together we will be winners at this losing game.

Can't wait to see the wedding pictures...I LOVE weddings! LOL  I second Barb's encouragement to attend our luncheon in Concord..Hayward is just a jump skip away ;-)  Can't get any better support that sitting around with  people who are doing their best to stay on task.  Hopefully, we'll see you soon!
